The Information Systems Security Association (ISSA)(r) is a not-for-profit, international organisation of information security professionals and practitioners, with 106 chapters in 24 countries. It provides educational forums, publications and peer interaction opportunities that enhance the knowledge, skill and professional growth of its members. Members include practitioners at all levels of the security field in a broad range of industries, such as communications, education, healthcare, manufacturing, financial and government. ISSA
membership numbers are approximately 13,000, however this number increases to 90,000 with our affiliations with other security forums/Professional bodies such as ISACA, ASIS and ISC2.
