Lord Toby Harris of Haringey who spoke at today's seminar was made a Life Peer in June 1998. He is Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Policing and Treasurer of the Parliamentary Information Technology Committee. He was also a member of the House of Lords Select Committee that recently reported on Personal Internet Security.
He also sits on the Metropolitan Police Authority as the representative of the Home Secretary
