Deadline for November 1st CPP and PSP Examinations

The deadline for the November 1st CPP and PSP certification examinations is about to close. Over 50 candidates are now registered to sit the examinations. If you have registered with ASIS but are not following the Review Programme and have not yet informed Janet Ward please do so immediately so that arrangements can be made for you to sit the examination.

More Background Reading for CPP Candidates Posted

For November 1st CPP candidates I have this morning posted more background notes from Barry Walker on the ARC Extranet. These are in a sub-folder entitled “Background Notes Upload Aug 08”, and are part of the CPP folder. If you are a November 2008 candidate and have registered for the Review Programme but you haven’t yet signed up for an account on the Extranet, you can do so at this link: http://www.arc-tc.com/extranet/login.asp

Certificate Presentation

The certificates for the May 2008 CPP examination will be presented to successful candidates by Michael Wilson, SIA Chief Executive, at the forthcoming Autumn Seminar on 24th September. Please book you place at the seminar through Jude, in the normal way and advise Janet Ward that you will be attending so she can ensure your certificate is there.

2009 Examinations

The first of the two CPP examinations in 2009 will take place on Saturday 2nd May 2009. The distance learning review programme will commence in January. Please contact me for more information.
