Company of Security Professionals - Sherriff's Award
This is your opportunity to nominate people or organisations who are worthy of receiving this unique award.
The Sheriffs’ Award is designed to recognise and honour a person, company or organisation that has shown courage and initiative in protecting People, Property or Liberty.
The sponsors are The Company of Security Professionals, a charitable company, with the endorsement of the Sheriffs of the City of London, will be presenting this annual award at the Guildhall on the 10th October 2007.
All nominations will be judged by a committee consisting of and including the City of London and Metropolitan Police Commissioners, The Master of The Company of Security Professionals, representatives from the Fire Brigade, the Ambulance Service and other relevant parties.
In addition to receiving this unique award and a cheque for £2,000 the recipient’s name will be inscribed on a special scroll which will be a Book of Honour on permanent display within the Central Criminal Court, ‘The Old Bailey’.
This award is open to nominations from the General Public, the Business Community, Emergency Services and the Armed Forces.
